Anaconda has launched the SR520 Mobile Incline Screener as a high volume solution for applications where retaining fines is of the upmost importance. This latest innovation is the biggest in Anaconda’s Range and it is sure to become an integral part of our product offering as we round off our screening range.
This is the second big product launch for Anaconda this year and it will offer great value to our mobile screening solutions range. The SR520 is sure to make ripples throughout the market as it out preforms our competitors!
Alistair Forsyth, CEO, Anaconda had this to say on the latest offering:
“2019 has been a big year for Anaconda with the McLanahan Corporation partnership announced in Janu- ary. This year is about us consolidating and rounding off our screening range in anticipation of stepping into tracked crushing in 2020. The SR520 incline screen now allows to offer our customers screening solutions from compact to primary high volume. We have already had a lot of interest in the models from our existing customer base and are confident it will be a big hit for us as we move forward.”
The SR520 is designed in order to process vast quantities of product in order to retain as many fines as possi- ble. With an estimated output of 450TPH this creative screener will be a serious addition to any operation! The beauty about this versatile screener is that it has the ability to deal with various applications such as Recycling, Quarrying, Mining, etc. In order to achieve optimum productivity levels, we do encourage that the SR520 is introduced to an application where the user is aiming to extract fines from their initial product.
In summary, our SR520 is an exceptional piece of machinery if reliability on site and productivity are at the heart of your operation. Being very economical to run allows for operators to save on fuel consumption costs whilst the screener stockpiles up to 4 different products.
Fitted with a 20ft (6.15m) x 5ft (1.52m) high energy screen box in either double or triple deck dry or rinser screen, it can also adjust to a range of applications. With five settings on the screen box angle from 20 to 30 degrees, an aggressive 10mm storke and 940 RPM shaft speed, the SR520 is all about allowing the customer the ability to fine-tune the plant to their specific application.
It comes complete with a 14ft (4.2mtr) feeder hopper with a radio remote tipping grid as standard with options such as a 12ft (3.7mtr) double deck vibrating grid, dust covers, overband magnet, radio remote control, etc.
Fully pre-tested before dispatch, the SR520 arrives on site folded in its transport position. The hydraulic controls then allow for the finishing screen to be set up into the working position. It is then estimated that the screener can be fully operational within 20 minutes. In an ever more complicated industry the SR520, as with all Anaconda Models, is designed with the user experience in mind, focusing on ease of access, quick set-up and break-down times, and user-friendly controls.
